After Hurricane Ivan struck in 2004, Dick Appleyard and a group of community leaders founded Rebuild Northwest Florida to help people who were displaced by storm damage. We designed the organization’s identity with the iconic “blue roof,” seen on thousands of area homes after the hurricane hit.
