Art Department – Project Manager
As a project manager in our art department, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including assisting the Art Department Manager in developing/executing advertising and marketing plans. More specifically, you will be meeting with clients on a regular basis, writing copy, editing, proofing, preparing reports, writing/sending press releases, and collaborating with traffic coordinators and interactive media partners. A bachelor’s degree and experience in project management or advertising is preferred. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational follow-through and multitasking skills. A knowledge of interactive marketing, SEO, and social media is also preferred.

Executive Assistant
Appleyard Agency is seeking an Executive Assistant to support management by performing administrative duties and account services. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and vendor partners, preparing and editing reports, presentations and budgets, meeting with clients, coordinating travel arrangements, and event planning/supervision. This position may also include public relations responsibilities, including creating and sending press releases.
A bachelor’s degree and experience in project management or advertising is preferred. Applicants must possess strong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal and multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
